ORDERS

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 18 pm. You will receive a confirmation of the acceptance of the order and payment immediately. If you place an order out of hours or over the weekend the order will be processed the next working day. Your order will be shipped within 2 days.

PAYMENTS

You can pay for your order with Paypal, Credit or Debit Visa Card, MasterCardor Maestro. The transfer of any billing data when paying with a bank card is based on the highest security standards and is guaranteed by the PCI DSS Technology and Process Security Certificate (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

DELIVERY

We deliver our products worldwide! The delivery of your products is carried out by UPS courier and you can track the delivery status of your goods at any time. To do this you use the number of shipment which will be sent to your e-mail address once your parcel has been shipped.

Delivery time takes between 2 to 6 business days depending on your location and other variables.

The flat rate shipping cost of 20 euros is applied for international delivery to:

European countries (EU)
Other European countries & UK
USA, Canada, UAE, Japan, & Australia

Import, duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURN

1. Contact us via Support Ticket within 7 days of receipt of the order.

2. Follow the instructions you receive in our reply to you (by e-mail).

3. A return order must be packed in a box and sealed with an individual sticker. The responsibility for the safety of returned items lies with the sender.

4. Goods must be returned to us without traces of being worn, with the factory labels attached and in their original packaging.

5. The return of goods of inadequate quality or defective is at the seller's expense.

6. The funds will be returned to the buyers account within a period of time that does not exceed 15 days from the receipt of the goods by the seller. We will issue a refund less shipping cost of return and duties.

7. The crediting period for the return of funds depends on the speed of processing (of the operation by the receiving bank) and can take up to 30 business days.
